Dr. Tigran Jrbashyan is a management advisor with over 25 years of experience in Armenia's key economic sectors. Currently a Partner at Ameria Management Advisory Services, one of Armenia's leading advisory firms, he has been instrumental in shaping policies and strategies to address significant demographic challenges, particularly those related to the elderly population.

Previously, Dr. Jrbashyan served as the Director of the Armenian European Policy and Legal Advice Centre (AEPLAC), where he led initiatives focused on legal approximation and policy development in line with European standards. His work there included creating regulations and strategies to enhance governance, economic growth, and the welfare of vulnerable groups, including elderly.

With a strong background in policy and legal advice, public administration, and justice sector reforms, Dr. Jrbashyan has effectively managed multicultural teams on international projects aimed at strengthening governance and institutional capacity. His recent work includes developing comprehensive strategies for social sector reforms and population strategies. Additionally, he coordinated development of Armenia’s employment strategy, export strategy, customs administration reform strategy.

He is the author of over 130 scientific articles and publications on institutional economics, industrial economics, development of investment and financial markets, development of trade policy, theory of macroeconomics, integration of Armenia into EU, membership of Armenia to WTO, etc., published in local and international magazines and journals.
