Serine Fljyan is the Head of the Internal Audit Service at Ameriabank CJSC. She is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a certified Quality Assessor with over a decade of professional experience leading and enhancing internal audit functions within the financial sector.

Throughout her career, Serine has focused on strengthening governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks, while embedding quality assurance and continuous improvement practices within internal audit activities. She has held senior positions including Chief Auditor and Head of the QA and Innovations Unit, contributing to the advancement of audit methodologies and ensuring alignment with international standards.

In addition to her professional role, Serine is actively involved in the internal audit community as the Education Committee Chair and Board Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Armenia, where she promotes knowledge sharing and professional excellence among auditors.
