Artyom Harutyunyan is a co-founder at Web3 Armenia Foundation, and CTO & Chief Architect at Blockstars, driving innovation across the Armenian and global blockchain ecosystems. With over 15 years in software engineering and 8 years in Web3 and blockchain development, he has architected and delivered cutting-edge solutions including Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchains, smart contracts, NFTs, tokenomics, DeFi protocols, DEXs, and full-stack dApps.

He is a proven technology leader with hands-on expertise in Ethereum-based infrastructures, Solidity, Rust, and Go. Artyom is skilled in leading high-performing teams, mentoring developers, and aligning technology with business growth.
