Aram Pakhchanian is a co-founder and the Chairman of the Board of the Ayb Educational Foundation, one of the driving forces behind the fundamental modernisation of education in Armenia. He was the head of Ayb School from 2014 to 2020. Aram has worked in the IT business since 1993 and was a VP of ABBYY, a large international IT company. He is involved in different social activities, holds a TV show on education, and gives talks at conferences. He leads courses on management and leadership in education. Aram also participates as an LP, advisor in various venture funds, and on the boards of schools and other public organisations.
