Hayk Karamyan is an accomplished professional with a robust academic and professional background. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Artificial Intelligence for Business from the Saïd Business School at Oxford University, and a PhD in Economics from the Armenian State University of Economics.

Hayk is a Certified Internal Auditor, a Certified Fraud Examiner, and holds a Certification in Risk Management Assurance. He has been honed his expertise through significant roles in the banking and telecommunications industries, both within Armenia and internationally, including in the Netherlands, Austria, and CIS countries.

Currently, Hayk serves as the Chief Audit Executive at VimpelCom, a telco in Moscow. He has also notably chaired the Audit Committee at the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).

His professional interests focus on leveraging cutting-edge technologies, particularly machine learning and artificial intelligence, to enhance risk management and internal audit tools and processes.
