Komitas Stepanyan is the Director of Technology and Cybersecurity at the Central Bank of Armenia. With over 22 years of experience in IT governance, cybersecurity risk management, audit, and regulation, he has held managerial positions for more than 15 years. He is also a visiting professor at the AUA and UFAR.
