Narine Melikyan is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of expertise in corporate governance, social responsibility, and compliance.

She is the Director of the Corporate Governance Center [1]. At Narine Melikyan's initiative, the Business Integrity Club [2], the first anti-corruption collective initiative of the business community in Armenia, was formed and led by her. She also serves as the Chair of the Advisory Board at the Armenian Women on the Board of Directors Network [3]. She co-authored the new RA Corporate Governance Code and has designed and delivered several training programs. Additionally, she is the author of several scientific articles, professional guides, and handbooks.

She serves as a board member at Capital Asset Management CJSC, a fund manager, and a lecturer at Yerevan State University.
