Ralu is a seasoned Internal Auditor (CIA and CISA) with 20 years of experience in various IA roles in different industries, she is also a Board and Audit & Risk Committee member and an Organisation Transformation and Team Coach.

She is passioned about connecting the dots between people, processes, behaviours, and results; and creating works environments where diversity of all types is seen as a source of co-creating results.

Alongside her role as an internal auditor Ralu also trained as a business coach, NLP practitioner and practitioner in applied neuroscience and behaviour change and she is an advocate for mental health and neurodiversity in business.

She is currently Director of Internal Audit Service at Grant Thornton Netherlands and the founder of ERNL, a boutique business advisory and leadership coaching. In her spear time, Ralu love starveling, reading, cooking, spending time with family, and she discovered a passion in hosting business radio podcasts for a local English radio in the Netherlands.
